What a bunch of fucking bullshit!!! This isn't the first time that the head honchos have pulled this shit, oh no. Why bother telling someone do a particular job then assigning it to someone else and not telling the person you assigned it to in the first place. Do people like creating chaos here, cause it makes it incredibly stressful.
To continue - after cool down time - I realized I did not like being in a dead end job with a boss who didn't much care for me and visa versa... She belittled me and always had an argument in her back pocket when I had something to discuss with her. Anytime I suggested making a change - guess what 'argument card' - but yet she can change whatever the fuck she wants cause she is the boss. While I was checking out the employee handbook for unused vacation hours, I came across a section about job description. It states that the your direct supervisor can make changes to your job description but with written/verbal communication WHY? Yes the employee is supposed to be informed why and can be discussed why the job description is being changed.
